"yeah i got enough to go 'round"
I guess we can more or less declare the 'official' start of winter; outside my window it's frosty-white. I suppose that means everyone gets that Christmas so fabled in song and greeting card, with slopes and dunes of snow curling around houses and brilliant stars twinkling in the sky.
It's been busy at work, as we're gearing up for our holiday shows while working on a January calendar that isn't going to put us in the poorhouse. The Mike Uva and Hook Boy project is getting some notice out of town. Both the New Lou Reeds and Cobra Verde are gearing up for early spring releases and cobbling together ideas for out of town dates.
And I've started giving Wasco pointers/lessons on bass. Fun stuff! I'll have to tell you about it in my next post.
